02TUTOR PLATFORM

Armenia’s nationwide learning platform

During COVID-19, I led product for a government LMS rollout: translating needs into requirements and coordinating implementation, training, course-building, scheduling and support.

03TUTOR PLATFORM

Make the product’s feature structure explicit

I built Tutor Platform’s product feature tree, mapping platform capabilities and their hierarchy alongside research into feature priorities.

04TUTOR PLATFORM

Turn research into product priorities

Customer discovery and implementation feedback shaped the LMS roadmap. I weighed user needs against technical feasibility, then built onboarding, documentation and support into delivery.

05VANADZOR

Connect government and local communities

I coordinated research and advocacy on bus-route optimization in Vanadzor, Armenia, including communication between government bodies and local communities.

06DIBOX & COWO

Business models and funded programs

I developed the business model for Dibox, a music publishing platform, and managed COWO, a project funded by European grants.

COWO: program ownership

I managed the European grant-funded project. The planning artifact maps contributors, program goals, participants and processes.

Dibox: business model

I developed a model for the music publishing platform and helped implement it, with long-term sustainability and innovation as the focus.

07ABOUTME APPS

Healthcare products, from priorities to release

As Product Manager & AI Automation Lead, I coordinate product delivery across consumer health apps and research institutional expansion and healthcare requirements.

Product portfolio / AboutMe apps
Product portfolio / AboutMe apps

Product ownership across a portfolio

Coordinate priorities, specifications and engineering through release.

Translate healthcare requirements and App Store policies into product wording and changes.

Research B2B/B2G expansion and turn findings into product and growth recommendations.

08ABOUTME APPS

Make health guidance easier to act on

I transformed a dense instruction screen into clearer weather-related health guidance, helping older users understand the risks and what to do next.

A clearer next step

Replace a numbered wall of setup text with action cards.

Explain what to do today and why it matters.

Move widget setup into one inline action so it does not compete with health guidance.

09ABOUTME APPS

From idea to app in a few days

I turned a blood-pressure app idea into a working app in a few days, making a camera-based estimation flow concrete through instructions, progress feedback and a result screen.

Make the flow testable

A physical instruction explains what to do with the finger.

A waveform and countdown make progress visible during the fixed estimation window.

The result uses a SYS / DIA / PULSE readout, with the state labelled as an estimate.

10ABOUTME APPS

Health flows and rapid experiments

Pill reminders show the detail needed to make a health task understandable. Workout and weight concepts show how I explore adjacent needs through testable product ideas.

11ABOUTME APPS

Build a system for parallel delivery

Shared components, reusable templates and AI-assisted workflows connected research, specifications, assets and engineering across multiple app workstreams.

The bottleneck

Repeated assets, rough specs and inconsistent components slowed delivery.

The change

A shared component set and reusable templates, with AI-assisted copy, assets, specifications and review notes.

The outcome

Product development became 3× faster within two months. Experimentation increased an estimated 4–5×.

12EDITMENTOR & EDITSTOCK

Adoption needs an operating system

I led institutional implementation, onboarding and teacher training. Teacher feedback and adoption analytics informed improvements; automated sales workflows supported the commercial side.

Implementation and adoption

School rollouts, onboarding and teacher training were part of product delivery.

Teacher surveys and usage signals — active users, churn and journeys — helped identify improvements.

Sales automation supported approximately 8.5× monthly sales growth across EditMentor and EditStock.

13AUTOMATION

Make repetitive work reusable

I built a Python scraper that identifies college websites, extracts faculty data and updates databases, with validation and formatting built into the workflow.

14TUTOR PLATFORM

From AI concept to an iOS launch

I led R&D and product development for a language-proficiency chatbot: connecting learner needs, assessment logic and product delivery.

15MOBILE LEARNING

A reusable mobile lesson format

I designed a mobile learning app and its repeatable lesson layout: one concept per scroll, visual explanations and inline check questions.

Product concept / Mobile learning lesson
Product concept / Mobile learning lesson

A system, not a one-off screen

Each lesson uses the same blocks, so the course can grow without reinventing the layout.

Illustration carries the explanation, with text supporting it.

Questions stay inline at the end of the lesson, keeping the learner in one continuous flow.

16HOW I LEAD

Connect strategy, product and operations

I work across the people who use a product, the institutions that adopt it and the teams responsible for delivering it.

01

Start with people and constraints

Understand the end user, the institutional buyer and the teams responsible for implementation.

02

Make delivery a shared responsibility

Coordinate product, engineering, growth and implementation. Build onboarding, documentation and support alongside the product.

03

Use evidence to set priorities

Combine feedback, usage analytics and technical feasibility; turn what you learn into product changes.

Let’s talk.
